Heating elements are used to maintain temperature and reduce humidity in control panels, automation cabinets, ATMs, payment terminals, and other electronic devices. For example, the supplier of the PTC heaters is Schneider Electric, and the terminal block for the electrical connection of all components is custom-made by the Italian company KORNER. The plastic from which this block is made has a very important property: not only does it retain its shape and not deform when heated, but it also does not emit odors and thus does not release harmful carcinogenic substances into the atmosphere. We agree that this approach to supplier selection positively distinguishes high-quality Plastim heaters from their cheap Chinese counterparts.

To ensure automatic temperature maintenance with this heater, you will need either a simple bimetallic thermostat or a more complex temperature controller. Both devices can be purchased on our website.
