Shockproof, sealed plastic housing with IP67 protection class with mounting plate, Plastim (Turkey).


The plastic housing with IP67 protection class has several important advantages, especially for use in harsh environments:


High protection against moisture and dust:


The IP67 protection class means that the housing is completely protected against dust and can withstand temporary immersion in water up to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes, making it ideal for installation in damp or dusty environments - for example, outdoors, in industrial areas, or near bodies of water.


Corrosion resistance:

Unlike metal panels, plastic is not prone to corrosion, which is particularly advantageous in aggressive environments - near the sea, in chemical plants, or in facilities with high humidity.


Light and easy installation:

The plastic housing is much lighter than its metal counterpart, making transport and installation easier, especially in hard-to-reach places.


Dielectric properties:

Plastic does not conduct electricity, which increases safety when working with electrical devices and reduces the risk of short circuits.


UV resistance:
If a special UV plastic is used, the shielding retains its properties even under constant sunlight for a long time.
